Dunia Camp's location means guests are within easy reach of three main areas for game sightings, but is far enough away from the bustle of the Serengeti visitors that guests can return to camp and enjoy only the calls of the wild. Big cat sightings are usually excellent, with the predators commonly seen around Moru Kopjes. Guests can also see black rhino at the rhinoceros sanctuary, one of the rare opportunities to do so in the Serengeti.

The camp is comprised of only 7 main tents and one family tent, all of which possess private verandas and fantastic views of the surrounding Serengeti plains. Set on the slopes of Nyareboro Hill, each tent is well-appointed and features comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms, complete with flush toilets and showers. As a small and intimate camp, privacy is assured with all tents spaced out and surrounded by only the wild of the Serengeti.

Dunia Camp is run by a team of amazing woman, who go above and beyond to make every stay special. The camp is run by Angel, the first Tanzanian woman to work as an Asilia camp manager. Angel, along with the her friendly team, are always happy to speak with guests and regale them with stories of their experiences in the Serengeti.Guests are made to feel like one of the Asilia family; from being greeted with song and dance on arrival to being sung the 'goodbye song' on departure, it's truly an unforgettable experience.
