Lovely, again staff excellent, we had a junior suite which was absolutely wonderful including the flowers and swans and the whole luxury feel but... sofa and chairs had 'lived' to really make it feel perfect.

Unfortunately, this was our choice of hotel. Advertised as a 5*, it simply wasn't! The surroundings/hotel grounds are stunning, but apart from this, we were terribly disappointed.
