Located in the Wogakurya Hills of the Northern Serengeti, Lemala Kuria Hills Lodge offers phenomenal game viewing opportunities, particularly during the breath-taking wildebeest migration. The lodge is set near the Mara River: a migration hotspot as thousands of wildebeest attempt to cross the river's crocodile infested waters. The lodge itself is secluded, with boulders and kopjes dotted between rooms to ensure privacy and the perfect place for guests to relax.
Accommodation at the lodge takes the form of 10 well-appointed tented suites. Their glass fronts afford stunning vistas over grassy plains and open woodland. The en-suite tents offer a captivating blend of contemporary design and safari chic: providing comfortable, modern interiors edged by authenticity. Guests can expect either twin or king size beds and an outside decking area complete with a plunge pool and chairs. The camp maintains strong eco-policies, with solar power use throughout the camp and recycled steel and timber used in construction.
Dining at the camp is an adventure in itself with cuisine absolutely delicious. However, while the dining room is on offer, the best way to enjoy a meal at Lemala Kuria Hills is out in the wilderness - there's nothing else like it. Guests can relax in the main lodge pool, visit the gift shop for traditional wares and enjoy a cocktail at the bar.
A 45 minute drive from Kogatende airstrip.
Game drives and game walks.

Review of Lemala Kuria Hills Lodge
This property made the trip. The staff was amazing, food was incredible. Bar had a great, diverse selection and the bartender made some great cocktails. Safari guides were very good spotters and took their jobs very seriously. The land cruisers at this property are open air which we liked much better than the pop ups. Completely private tours with only your party in the cruiser(Not sure if this is…
Also beautiful - not quite as spectacular as Mpingo because it's not as new and it doesn't have the dramatic view, but still beautiful, we loved the decor, loved the wildebeest roaming so close outside our room. I wish they had a bathtub (like Mpingo) on the deck instead of a pool, especially because it is still pretty cool at night, but otherwise fabulous!
