The animals during the migration were mesmerizing. The guide was fantastic, the camp manager spent a lot of time making sure we were happy with everything. The butler washed our clothes, made sure the showers were the best temperature; eating outside was so fun. The hot water bottles put into the beds to warm them was just one of many beautiful touches of comfort.

Brilliant experience. Tremendous and freindly service as well as great food (particulalry given the isolation). Would definitely repeat the under canvas experience (maybe in Botswana next time!) based on this stay. May be worth warning guests that the trip form Nairobi is long. To get to Kogatende we took three light aircraft, stopping at about six airstrips with a couple of stop-vers.

Again magic. Out of Africaesque...Marvellous accomodation. Nice food et great people again. We were visited by buffalos, girafes. A pride of lion spent the night 300 mtrs from us... Joseph the ranger again managed to find all the animals we wanted to see and several times and again was very friendly. Unique experience.

Staff were lovely and we really appreciated our butler lugging water to our tent for hot showers in the morning and evening. Tents were looking a little tired and I understand that when the camp packed up a couple of days after we left, they would be made available for staff accommodation and used at other sites. New tents would then be used for Serengenti Under Canvas.

Top class. With only one other couple there at the same time, we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The personal service and exceptional attention to detail was only exceeded by the beautiful Serengeti plains. Our driver knew all the best places to watch the game and had an excellent level of knowledge from the birds to the plants and fauna. We had our own personal butler who would meet us with a cold towel and drink after each safari drive and look after us through each meal. All the camp staff were brilliant and we got to know each one. Our tent pitched deep within the Serengeti, surrounded by nothing but nature, was immersive.
