Mbalageti Serengeti
Mbalageti is located off the beaten track in the Western Corridor of the Serengeti National Park. Situated on the Mwamveni hill, the lodge offers sweeping panoramic views of the Mbalageti River and Serengeti plains. In season the lodge boasts the annual migration of wildebeest and zebra as a main attraction, with scores of these animals filling the plains.
Mbalageti offers a total of 43 rooms, comprising standard rooms, tented chalets and 2 exclusive suites. The exclusive suites feature their own outdoor private bath and lounge veranda. The lodge's restaurant provides guests with their breakfast, lunch and dinner, while the bar bubbles with activity, centered in the middle of the main building. Peer out across the Serengeti plains from the lodge pool, which sits on the edge of a hill or relax with a massage at the outdoor spa.

Holiday to Mbalageti Serengeti
We were in one of the tented chalets at Mbalegeti, again a beautiful room and gives a very real sense of "Africa". Going to sleep with the noise of hyenas close by was a great experience.
