Discover Nimali Mara

Located in the remote Northern Serengeti in Tanzania, in the serene area of Kogatende, Nimali Mara Camp fits naturally into its surroundings amongst the trees and boulders. 35 minutes drive from the Mara River, Nimal Mara is within easy reach of the river and the views of the amazing wildebeest migration crossings (in season) but the camp has been strategically located away from the hustle and bustle of safari vehicles. Even when the famous migration is not passing through, the Serengeti is well known for its vast herds of buffalo and elephants, giraffe and many predators including cheetahs, lions and hyenas.

An intimate camp, Nimali Mara comprises of 8 suites and 2 honeymoon/family suites. These particular suites have a private plunge pool and lounge area for honeymooners, which can be converted into a second room for families. The suites have external walls of canvas, while the front is glass. Each of the rooms opens out onto a private deck with a swing day bed to lounge on and enjoy the fantastic views. From every part of the camp, you can see the spectacular scenery, from the lounge, with its wine cellar hidden in a natural cave, to the dining room with glass balconies for more uninterrupted views. Best of all is the infinity pool which is perched on top of the kopje for privacy but built into the natural rock. Perfect for relaxation in between the many activities on offer.
