Set within a private 80-acre concession on the edge of Queen Elizabeth National Park, Elephant Plains Lodge offers a quietly assured safari base in one of Uganda’s most wildlife-rich regions. Just minutes from the park gate, the lodge is defined by space, openness, and wide-angled views across the plains. Generous cottages, thoughtfully positioned communal areas, and a relaxed pace create a setting that feels grounded in its surroundings, while its location allows seamless access to game drives, water-based safaris, primate tracking, and cultural encounters.
Accommodation is arranged across eight spacious en suite cottages, comprising six double or twin cottages and two family cottages, each with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All open onto private verandas designed for lingering over the changing light and movement across the park. Interiors favour comfort and simplicity, allowing the landscape to remain central to the experience. The lodge’s main areas include an open lounge, bar, and restaurant, alongside a broad dining deck offering uninterrupted views.
