Kwara Camp
Kwara Camp overlooks a secluded lagoon in the northern part of Botswana's Okavango Delta and shares a common boundary with Moremi Game Reserve. With access to the permanent waterways of the Delta as well as expansive dry land areas, Kwara is able to offer boating, mokoro (dugout canoe) trips, walks and game drives - all year round.
Kwara Camp offers 9 canvas tents, each with a spacious deck overlooking the lagoon, an ensuite bathroom with both indoor and outdoor showers, and a gorgeous bath - all of which have views out to the floodplains. The main area of the camp has a dining area, lounge, and curio shop. It also has 2 small pool areas at each end of the camp. Each poolside has a small bar and pool loungers for you to enjoy the afternoon siesta period. In the area, there are consistent sightings of predators, including lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Herds of elephants also frequent the area, as well as giraffes, zebra, sitatunga, lechwe, impala, and hippos.

Adventure Holiday to Kwara Camp
Everything was top-notch here. The accommodation was superb. The guide, tracker and all staff were brilliant. The food was plentiful and very good.

Certainly the most luxurious camp (we heard that it is the "flagship" lodge), which was obvious just by getting on board the Landcruiser - fewer seats, room for storing things, upholstery everywhere... Our tent was very spacious, and of course, we were very happy to have internet again. Charles and…

Kwara Camp, now what an exciting experience! I expected to walk to and from my thatched tented lodgings out of sight of other lodgings during the dark hours, but I certainly never expected to be escorted back on a seemingly long journey through tall grass on a zigzag course to the afternoon activit…

We really enjoyed kwara. The accommodation was not as luxurious as other camps but the staff were very good and the camp had quite a buzz about it. In addition, Kwara had more varied activities - game drives, boat trip and canoe trip. We also found game viewing very easy and rewarding there.
