The Oberoi Rajgarh Palace is a 350-year-old lovingly restored palace set atop the Maniyagarh Hills offering elevated lake and hillside views. Once the home of royalty, there’s now magnificent accommodation in the palace and in the gardens, lakeside dining, and a spa with lake vistas. Panna National Park and Tiger Reserve is minutes away and the iconic 1,500-year-old UNESCO Heritage recognized temples of Khajuraho are within easy driving distance.
Constructed by Maharaja Hinu Pat Shah in the late 1800s, Rajgarh Palace has grand interiors and picturesque gardens filled with ancient Sal and Palash trees. There are 65 lavish rooms, suites, and villas within the hilltop palace and in intimate clusters around the grounds. The premier standard rooms all feature private gardens, and there are some rooms offering private pools. The Lakeside Restaurant serves world cuisine, and the Palace Restaurant offers an elegant fine dining experience serving the cuisine of the Rajs of Madhya Pradesh.
