A family adventure of a lifetime. There is arguably no wildlife encounter more affecting and life altering than spending time observing mountain gorillas. Combine this experience, with an equally as memorable Serengeti safari. End off with family fun time on the beach in Zanzibar. This trip is specifically designed with families of teens over the age of 15 years, to allow the children to participate in the gorilla trekking in Rwanda’s Volcanoes National Park. The family will stay at Sabyinyo Silverback Lodge which offers wonderful views of the Virunga volcanoes and the surrounding countryside.
Then to Tanzania’s famous Serengeti National Park. To maximize your chances of seeing the wildebeest migration you will stay in the small mobile camp, Serengeti Safari Camp. Whatever time of year you travel it will be well placed for the herds to pass through. Discover these vastly different landscapes and enjoy activities including game drives, guided walks, bush picnics, sundowners and hot air balloon flights. The wildlife is outstanding throughout. The adventure is followed by some well-earned chill time at Breezes Beach Club and Spa on the tropical island of Zanzibar. Lounge by the pool as the teens swim or head to the spa whilst they play volleyball on the beach.
