Next, travel to Pench Tree Lodge, an eco-luxe resort in Pench National Park. Here, the land of Mowgli beckons. Myriad flora and fauna inhabit the stunning jungle including tigers, leopards, sloth bears, spotted deer, sambhar, wild dogs, gaurs, wolves and over 250 species of birds.
The third stop is along the backwaters of the meandering Denwa River. Denwa Backwater Escape is a quaint jungle eco-luxury resort near to the Satpura National Park. Experience the joy of walking safaris, boat safaris, kayaking, bird watching, hikes, and the traditional jeep safaris inside the tiger reserve.
The Bori Wildlife Sanctuary follows. Less explored and far from the usual tourist hotspots, it is a haven for nature lovers where you will be guided by best-in-class naturalists. Your final stop is affably called the Land of the Tigers, due to its high tiger density. Tadoba Tiger Reserve offers plenty of opportunities for close encounters with tigers, leopards, sloth bears, gaur (Indian bison), rusty spotted cats, Ratel, Indian mouse deer, wild pig, four-horned antelope, flying squirrels, and over 200 species of birds. Increase the pace then, ending off in the energic city of Mumbai.
