This memorable family adventure seamlessly combines an exciting safari in Zimbabwe's Hwange National Park with a stay at the iconic Victoria Falls. There are easy light aircraft flights between the 2, keeping travel time to a minimum, and you will experience wildlife in both locations. Firstly, whilst staying at Matetsi, you will sleep in a family suite on the banks of the Zambezi River overlooking the pristine Zambezi National Park. This wild paradise is frequented by elephant, buffalo, zebra, giraffe and other animals but is also conveniently situated within easy distance of the Victoria Falls and its many adventure activities, from white water rafting to bungee jumping and river cruising.
Linkwasha Camp is situated in a private concession of the famously, wildlife-rich reserve, Hwange. The camp overlooks a magnificent plain and a pan which is a magnet for game. The family will experience the wildlife on day and night game drives and walking safaris (age dependent) and hopefully see the huge herds of buffalo and elephant that the area is famous for. Also included is a private safari vehicle and guide for the duration of your safari.
