Located inside the Maasai-owned private Mara North Conservancy, Saruni Mara is an eco-friendly, boutique safari lodge bordering the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Encounter the abundant wildlife and the wildebeest migration away from the crowds and uninterrupted by other vehicles.
Offering accommodation for a maximum of 18 guests in one family villa, five cottages and one private villa, Saruni Mara is set in a remote valley of forests and hills, overlooking the open savannas. Each of the beautifully decorated and individually themed rooms include canvas fronts which can be opened to offer you an amazing 'shower with a view' and large verandas. Enjoy the Italian-inspired cuisine, the relaxed and elegant atmosphere and being immersed in nature from your private verandah, the Maasai Wellbeing Space and the open lounge and dining area.

Holiday to Saruni Mara
Saruni Mara was everything we hoped it would be and more. Cecilia and her wonderful staff were all very welcoming, warm and friendly. Their attention to detail and service was excellent. Our lodge was spacious and comfortable and the food was delicious.
The welcome at this camp was not really welcoming. Most of the food was salty. Sometimes they disappeared and we had to take care of the fireplace.
