Born and bred in Cape Town, with a passion for people and travel, Tracey embarked on a journey of studying Travel & Tourism Management. Her career took off in the hospitality industry in Dubai, where she joined a luxury hotel brand as a member of their launch team. This experience provided her with invaluable insights into different cultures and the art of personalized service.

Fuelled by her passion, Tracey ventured into various sectors of the tourism industry, managing sales for short-term vacation rental businesses and expanding her knowledge in operations while working at an independent tour operator. Tracey loves working at Mahlatini because she is exposed to an extensive product portfolio that continuously presents opportunities for her to expand her knowledge and expertise.

Most Memorable Trip

Road-tripping through the Garden Route and experiencing breathtaking landscapes, stunning beaches, lush forests and charming towns along the way. The highlight of the holiday for me was hiking and zip-lining through Tsitsikamma National Park.

Top Of My Bucket-List

By far the top of my bucket list is to experience the Great Migration, also known as the Greatest Show on Earth, up close and personal. It would be such a thrilling, emotional and memorable moment to witness the herd as they cross between the Maasai Mara and Serengeti National Park.
