Located in the endless orange folds of the Erg Chebbi dunes near Merzouga, White Camel Acacia is an intimate tented retreat offering a desert sojourn for discerning travelers. With only 5 bespoke lodges set amid this remote landscape, the camp presents a rare moment of serenity in one of Morocco’s most iconic sand-sea terrains.

Each of the 5 air-conditioned tent-lodges is designed using traditional Berber building techniques and enriched with artisanal finishes. All include a spacious private terrace with panoramic dune views and a curated Moroccan seating area for stargazing or writing. The dining experience is a journey through Berber traditions. Either dine at the under-canvas dining area with dune views or arrange an intimate table set in the dunes. Signature experiences draw deeply on the surroundings: dawn walks across silent sands, sandboarding down dune faces, camel treks at sunset, and private dinners beneath a canopy of stars. The location demands arrival by 4×4 (a short drive from Merzouga) and rewards with pure desert stillness and expansive night skies.
