Divava Okavango Resort & Spa
Situated on the banks of the Okavango River and hidden amongst tall trees and bush is the beautiful Divava Okavango Lodge and Spa. Located just a few hundred meters from Popa Falls, the lodge is known warmly by the local people as Paradishi Ghomumbiru or Little Paradise. Its excellent situation makes a stay at the lodge ideal for visiting the falls as well as taking day trips into Bwabwata National Park and Mahango Game Reserve. For those on a self-drive, a stay here can break up a journey into the Okavango Delta or onto the Etosha National Park.
The lodge has 20 spacious chalets with large decks giving you a fantastic view of the wildlife show in the river below. All chalets have air conditioning, both indoor and outdoor showers, double sinks, a mini-bar, a tea/coffee station, mosquito nets and free-standing baths. The lodge facilities include a restaurant, bar, viewing deck and swimming pool. The Mystique Spa has a sauna and steam room with a view over the river as do the 2 treatment rooms. The lodge also has the unique feature of its own private island from which its guests can hop on a boat for a champagne breakfast, lazy lunch or afternoon cocktails. Guests can also make use of the lodge's larger houseboat for romantic candlelit dinners, cruising down the river to the night sounds of the African bush.

Probably the best place on the trip - an exceptionally nice up-to-date lodge with wonderfully kind attentive staff, great views, and excellent meals. Good game drive with good animal sightings and unusual sunset boat trip to Popa Falls. The Spa was also excellent.
