“Beautiful hotel and great service, very nice breakfast. One of our daugther's room had a massive ant issue in her bathroom due to an open hole. so it was pretty traumatic for her. the hotel staff did come and sprayed (which caused a bit a air circulation issue); we wish they could have just given her a different room.”

“We simply love it! while it is pretty pricey, they earned their money. the service was impeccable and every member of the staff is well trained and clearly with a customer-first mindset. Food was spectacular and the wine selection was one of the best! Completely changed my views on South African wine... our Guide (Sean) and Tracker (Glass) were the best. we had a great time out in the Safari and shared a few good laughs. My youngest daughter left her diamond earrings in the safe after we've departed (ugh)! We received an email from the lodge a few hours later and Sean (our guide) and his wife offered to personally take them to Joberg for us when they are on home leave in Aug and ship it to the US for us. WOW.”
