“Outstanding accommodation, with lots of lovely little touches (for instance the goodie bag for our son). Our family tent was huge and very comfortable and the bar, lounge, restaurant was luxurious. The food was of a very high standard and they happily adapted the menu for our (fussy) son. Excellent game viewing, our guide was really prepared to maximise our chances of seeing interesting sightings.”

“Very comfortable hotel with an excellent location for the falls (easy walking distance). Restaurant and Bar staff very friendly and provided excellent service. Activities office staff very helpful and overall facilities in the hotel good. However the fact that some building / maintenance work ongoing whilst we were there was slightly disappointing.”
