“The hotel was nice and staff very friendly however we found the service lacking and underwhelming at times. Some examples; We were given vouchers for massages however were offered only one time to redeem this due to being fully booked, and the time was actually after we were due to check out. Again, snorkelling trips were fully booked so we were unable to go. Information was communicated to us but we did not feel it was always fully explained. Breakfast was a very busy affair with many children in attendance. We do not have a problem with children however when they are running around and screaming non-stop during breakfast, it does not make for an enjoyable experience. The service at dinner was a bit underwhelming with empty bottles, plates, glasses not cleared away. No one checking if anything else was needed and left us to serve our own dinner from a large tray. That being said, the food was delicious, the beverage choice was good, and they added a few nice touches to our room to make our honeymoon special.”
