“Room was super small, not convenient. Staff was harsh especially when we said we booked through an agency. Took them a while to find the reservation and tried to say that we have to pay for a room because there was no booking, when we said we will call our agent, the reservation magically appeared.”

“This was very nice. Started off rough because the staff was not attentive, waited for everything. Finally on day 3, the manager came and apologized and was very nice and gave us a few perks to make up for all the issues we encountered. But overall it is a beautiful resort.”
