Honeymoon to South Africa & Zimbabwe
Amanda Lewis, 11th May 2022Going into this trip, we thought it would be a once in a lifetime experience. But now, we can't wait to go back and we're already talking about our next trip to Africa! Our honeymoon through Mahlatini was truly unforgettable and such a wonderful experience. We felt truly taken care of and we appreciated the freedom and flexibility to customize our trip and explore on our own. Every part of the stay was magical and we will treasure these memories forever.

“This was a great hotel to stay in for the night while we waited for a morning flight to Victoria Falls. The rooms were clean, though the walls were a bit thin and our shower leaked a bit on the floor. The hotel restaurant and bar area was wonderful, great food and a lovely atmosphere to relax in. Overall, would recommend for anyone looking for a quick night in Johannesburg between travels.”

“This was such a beautiful hotel to stay in. We loved the historical aspects, it felt like traveling back in time to a luxurious African vacation. The service was absolutely wonderful, everyone was so kind and welcoming. We loved seeing the wildlife around the hotel and the view of the falls at sunset couldn't be beat. The pool area, terrace and lounges were gorgeous. We loved staying here to kickstart our honeymoon.”

“This was such a cute boutique hotel in Cape Town. The location was great, it wasn't too far from all the major sites but felt like a quieter area. We felt safe and even a little secluded in a big city. The staff was wonderful and we had amazing service. Our room was huge and we loved the pool area. We also loved the breakfast and coffees in the morning.”

“This was the most amazing place we've ever stayed, definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The farm was so gorgeous and there's no limit to activities offered. The food was amazing and so fresh. We could tell everyone that worked here loved their job and was well taken care of. All the little details of the accommodations made such a huge impression. Our room was so luxurious. What an unforgettable place to stay, we're already thinking of a trip back!”

“Ngala Tented Camp was everything we imagined for a safari honeymoon and more. The accommodations were so wonderful. It felt like true luxury in the middle of the South African wilderness. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, including a special set up for sunset drinks during our game drive one evening, to a romantic dinner in our room on the final night. Our guide and tracker were absolutely amazing and so full of knowledge. We will definitely be back!”
