Honeymoon to South Africa & Mauritius
Damien Pitt, 14th August 2022We had a fantastic experience. We couldn’t have wished for anything more; all the details that were put in were so thoughtful and it will be a trip we will never forget! All the transfers were seamless and easy, they were always on time and that relaxed us knowing it was all sorted.

“Beautiful lodge. All the staff were lovely and so accommodating. We liked the family feeling that the lodge had, all sitting together at meals and it was fantastic to get to know all the staff. We couldn’t fault anything here. The room was lovely and we liked the touches of different notes each night! The experiences they did for our honeymoon were incredible.
The guides and trackers were so knowledgeable. The game viewing was incredible. The bush walk was a fab experience and the guide taught us lots about the bush. All the staff based at the lodge were so warm. Trying different game meats was a great opportunity.”
Simbambili Game Lodge
“This was a more high-end lodge. We thoroughly enjoyed it and felt so welcomed. Nothing was ever a problem for anyone and very accommodating to dietary requirements. The food was great.
The room was lovely, it was a shame the plunge pool was a bit cold but otherwise faultless.
The trackers and guide were knowledgeable. The game viewing was incredible and they did everything they could so we could see everything we wanted.”

“Great room. It’s a shame we didn’t have longer to use all the facilities. There was an issue with their computer system and they were very apologetic about it, it prevented us from going to the gym and pool but it was nice to relax in the room for a few hours. The food was great and the staff were all lovely, they all knew it was our honeymoon.”
Sugar Beach Resort
“It was a beautiful setting. It was different to the safari but nice to sit by a pool! We felt that it took some time for staff to seat us for food, take our drinks order and serve us drinks - one time they forgot all about our drinks and we were waiting for about 25 minutes before we gave up. More facilities to have a drink during the day would be great otherwise it is a long walk to get a drink from the quiet pool.
The facilities were fantastic and we liked being able to sit by a quiet pool. The gym was really well equipped and we enjoyed the spa treatment.
The majority of staff that we interacted with were lovely.
We got a room upgrade when we arrived as we were on our honeymoon and it was wonderful being able to walk out onto the beach. But it took some time for them to issue us with the spa voucher and it felt like they were reluctant to do so.”

“Caroline was great. No question or query was too silly or small. She always got back to us within a few hours. She listened to what we wanted for our honeymoon and she ticked all the boxes, really aware of the experiences that we wanted whilst we were away.
When our flights were cancelled prior to travelling, she took the initiative to rebook us on the next available flights.
All the touches that she was able to add for our honeymoon were incredible and so thoughtful. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to organise our honeymoon for us! Thank you so much Caroline!”
