“The room was good, great plunge pool, the sea was tidal so disappeared in the morning and came back late afternoon. The food was very disappointing, management need to assert staff more to their duties as there certainly wasn’t a shortage of staff.”

“The girls were very pleasant to deal with even though we did have a couple of hiccups, one being we weren’t aware of all the paperwork needed to be filled for entry into Kenya until it was requested at check-in, guests who had travelled with other agencies had been informed of Global Haven and we hadn’t.
Secondly, it was a huge disappointment that a trip to the elephant sanctuary had been cancelled and we weren’t aware of it until we were actually on our day tour in Nairobi as we only had the 1 night in Nairobi we could not follow up, if we had known we could have arranged this trip ourselves. However, as a compensation, we were treated to a massage at The Residence. Incomparable however a king gesture of goodwill.”
