“The service here was unbelievable - the safari and stay was one of the best experiences of my whole life. It was so memorable from start to finish, the lodge is small and personal and we felt like VIPs from day one. The safari was amazing - we saw everything and the guides were so respectful to the animals and knew everything. Do not stay anywhere else for a safari this cannot be beaten!”

“This was our least favourite stay and least value for money hotel - this is not 5 stars in any way and based on recent trip advisor feedback has gone hugely downhill very recently.
Pros: Excellent facilities right on the beach; Beautifully maintained.
Cons: Service awful, wait for drink normally 20 mins; Housekeeping sloppy - wet towels were left in corridors and turn-down service often didn’t come; Staff rude and abrupt- no good morning, members of staff had an argument during our honeymoon meal - the sommelier shouted at the waiter and demanded ‘do you know who I am’; Nothing is included- bottles of water extra, tennis free but racket hire expensive. Late check out extra; Prices are expensive - £20 for a gin and tonic and £10 for a beer - taking advantage of the hotel guests.”
