Holiday to South Africa, Zambia & Botswana
Susan Nwogbe, 6th November 2023Our trip is best described as unforgettable. It was a trip of a lifetime, and we have so many fond memories. We credit Steve Meinhold with planning a "bespoke" itinerary that exceeded our expectations. Our lodging in each destination was excellent, offering a level of unmatched customer service. Our trip started in Cape Town, South Africa. We visited Zambia and Zimbabwe and concluded in Botswana. We stayed at two outstanding African Bush Camp lodges during our trip: Thorntree River Lodge in Zambia and Khwai Leadwood in Botswana. Both were exceptional properties with wonderful game drive opportunities. In fact, it was not uncommon to see elephants walking through the lodge area daily. Victoria Falls was indeed a wonder, and our helicopter flight over the Okavango Delta was unlike anything we've ever experienced. We are looking forward to our next Mahlatini destination with great anticipation. Thank you.

“From the moment we entered this lodge, we felt fully catered to. All I can say is WOW! Our welcome was amazing, having a herd of elephants on the road directly ahead of us upon entering. The staff greeting was much appreciated. Our room was beyond comfortable and I especially enjoyed the decor and the outdoor shower. The food was great and the service was impeccable.”
