“From the start of our communications, Ralph was very helpful and efficient with all our queries. We were unfortunate to suffer a long flight delay on our way out to South Africa but were comforted by the fact we could tell Ralph and he would help sort it out. We boarded our flight the next day knowing that Ralph had re-booked our connecting flight and told our accommodation and car hire.
