Aurelie Haddad Atlan, 16th August 2024The trip that was planned was executed to a very high level. We had a trip of a lifetime. We are however disappointed by the fact that the agency could not help with my father's trip cancellation due to an accident as there was no booking cancellation involved (he only joined the existing booking).

House in the Wild
“The accommodation was excellent, very spacious, fine, modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and engaging and prepared a great surprise for Liv's birthday (I would mention though that there was a bit too much staff around us and would have appreciated a bit more privacy). The reserve is amazing, full of wildlife and beautiful flora, we really enjoyed the night drive! The Maasai Mara was a bit far from the accommodation and the road was very bumpy. When we went there we were tight with the timing and could not see the migration.
Regarding the food (lunch and dinner), we felt it could be better, it was not very varied and sophisticated, perhaps due to the last minute booking.”

“The villa, the design, the staff, the food, the activities, everything was absolutely fantastic. The chef prepared delicious Kosher food (the best we had). The only thing I would say is that guests should be more aware of the weather around this area as it was freezing and we were not well equipped.”

“Excellent service, we had a fantastic butler who did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The villa is very spacious (though the design is a bit outdated), and the food is very good (even though they needed a few reminders regarding the Kosher requirements, probably due to the size of the place and all the different restaurants and kitchens). Per the activities, we loved the walking safari with William and the amazing bush dinner.”
