“Great, thank you. All transfers were convenient. The only comment I have is about the last day when our flight was delayed by 3 hours. We were picked up from the hotel early in the morning, and the transfer guide mentioned she was expecting a call from us or Mahlatini requesting a later transfer. It never crossed my mind that this was something we would need to initiate and I would have expected them to contact us to ask if we wanted a later transfer, which we would have gladly accepted.
The 'Taste of Nairobi' trip on the last day: our guide was AMAZING but the content of the trip was not quite what we were expecting. It didn’t feel like it gave us a real 'taste of Nairobi,' but more of a safari experience and a tour of the affluent outskirts.”
