Emma Gibbs, 9th September 2024We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the variety of places and activities. I would probably rate the trip 4 ½ stars instead of 5, but I couldn’t select that option. The only things I would mention are that the Anantara Bazaruto Island Resort and Spa slightly let the trip down, as the service was not great, and it might be worth asking clients before the trip if they would like to be contacted during their honeymoon. We felt slightly bombarded by emails asking for feedback during the trip. We were happy to give feedback, just not during the trip. But those were the only two issues.

“Beautiful location and a lovely room. The only thing was that the staff was not very motivated and quite unhelpful. It was a shame as the hotel was stunning but for a five-star resort the service was really not good, for example, we got locked out of our room and they took about 30 minutes to get us back in and seemed annoyed we had interrupted their day.”
