“The weak part of the trip was the transportation and luggage handling. I understand that things happen and luggage doesn’t arrive, but we had made arrangements for our son to bring the luggage when he arrived the next day. Everything was set up and approved. However, when he arrived with our luggage, they wouldn’t let him take it, and we had to wait another night.
Additionally, upon departure, we arrived at the airport in the mid-afternoon. Unfortunately, KLM was not open, and we had to wait until 9:15 to check in and access the lounge. That was many hours of sitting and waiting!”
