Anonymous, 14th January 2025While we enjoyed the trip there were some significant misses that made us feel the quality was not there for the price. 1. All the tour guides through Wilderness except for the woman in Cape Town were some of the least competent tour guides I’ve experienced. 2. They did not advocate for us with the hotel where we got food poisoning. 3. The Chimpanzee's experience is not worth the extensive travel and One & Only hotel was one of the worst value hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I will upload pictures of the food. 4. Contracts with the venues are too rigid.
