I felt we didn’t have much privacy, and with the property being so small, a family with three loud and obnoxious children quickly took over the peace and quiet, spoiling our tranquil pool time. I also felt the food was the worst I had in Sri Lanka, though it was still okay.”

“Absolutely beautiful property, and the service and food were incredible. It was our first time in the Maldives, and it exceeded our expectations. The only thing we found frustrating was the excessive cost of extras and the lack of all-inclusive packages. We had to pay $8 a night just to have water with our meal, despite being on half board, and a 125ml glass of wine was $25, which we felt was very excessive. The menus were also limited for half board guests. In reality, we found ourselves paying around $50–$70 a night, even though we were on half board, and we are not huge eaters or drinkers.”
