“Although the accommodation was more basic, we were blessed to have a tree house! The staff worked hard to ensure that we had some great experiences, including breakfast in the bush!”

“Although the facilities were 4/5 star, the staff (especially at the reception desk) were inhospitable - it was as if we were boring them or putting them out just by wanting to check in. Moreover, on our first night at Latitude, our room was not even ready upon our arrival. Very poor customer service and a very corporate atmosphere. We would not want to stay here again.”
