“Overall very happy, once she understood our needs we got an excellent tailored holiday. Hard to know what to say about the lost luggage, but it wasn't Jessica's fault and everyone did their best to help us. These things happen and it got back to us. The Menzies agents and tours were all helpful, kind and polite.”
