“Raffles was great! The location and our villa was exceptional! However, we did run into some issues with Raffles staff and their internal communications. We had called to make a reservation a day before to have a private dining experience but when we showed up to the restaurant, they said they had no such reservation. Raffles apologised and gave us some exceptional discounts, so it all worked out in the end.”
