“Beautiful views, wonderful facilities. staff was extremely overwhelming. We were there to relax but we were being bothered every 5 min.. saying no was not an option for them if they even bothered to ask (at one point a staff member came reaching for my face without saying anything to me to which I became immediately defensive … he wanted to clean my sunglasses out of nowhere … to this I firmly said no and requested he leave my presence immediately. He then reached for my husband’s who again told him he needed to leave. After more insistence from the staff member he finally left.). Any extras were incredibly expensive, and the “included” excursions we scheduled were all brushed off because staff didn’t want to do it/set it up.”
