“Very difficult to score this. I had not been back for many years and was struck by how friendly everyone was, although the expectation and sometimes request for a tip was rather off putting. We were happy to tip, but not all of us are in the wealthy catergory! We were aware of what a priveledge it was to have such an experience, but also very aware by contrast how very difficult and stressful it is for the ordinary person trying to live and survive in Zimbabwe . A place we visited on our own on the outskirts of Harare was" The Wild is Life Orphanage and Sanctuary" which we can thoroughly recommend. It's expensive but marvellous, and not to be missed as far as I'm concerned. Definitely worth a visit if anyone wants to know a good place to visit when in Harare.”

“We were only here 2 nights and just did bed and breakfast, but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wilderness safaris who we did the activities with were very efficient, and we particularly enjoyed the elephant ride.”
Little Makalolo Camp
“We were made welcome, and found the accommadation very comfortable and in keeping with being in the bush.. The meals were excellent, and the outlook lovely. The game drives informative, and we saw lots of different game. A wonderful experience.”
