“Claire was extremely helpful in proposing a varied and interesting itinerary and with providing travel options. It seemed as if she might have been stretched a bit thin at times and so there were a few miscues in relation to actual trip details, and there was a fair bit of mayhem with the airlines at the actual time of travel, which could have been avoided. Generally I think Mahlatini have a greater role to play in promoting a better understanding of the challenges facing Malawi and as first-time travellers to the south of Africa, we personally could have used a tad more coaching as to expectations and things we could have done to help the people in a more concrete manner; we have followed up ourselves upon our return. Thank you very much all the same.”
