“If I could I would score Claire higher. The minute she found out about the issue we had with the electric in our room she sorted. The hotel knew about it but when Claire got involved the jumped. Also when we wanted to add a return flight she did and was happy to sort out payment on return. Any holidays that Claire covers we will certainly book through Claire. We trust her implicitly”
