The Amakhala Game Reserve is an 18 000 acre private game park located in the malaria-free Eastern Cape of South Africa. The reserve is a 'Big 5' Reserve and hosts other animals such as cheetah, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest and plenty of antelope species
The 5 star Amakhala Bush Lodge offers tented and thatched suites overlooking a watering point. Each of the 8 tents has an open deck with a plunge pool, air conditioning (hot & cold), fireplace, large oval bath and outdoor shower. A splendid communal lounge and dining area with an expansive viewing deck offers magnificent views of the game-filled plains.

Honeymoon to Amakhala Bush Lodge
superb- I have stayed in game lodges before but this was by far the best . the staff were superb. really enjoyed the fact you got to know your hosts and shared evening meal with other guests - great experience.
