The Turbine Boutique Hotel & Spa
The 5* boutique Turbine Hotel and Spa is uniquely located on Thesen Island in Knysna, which is considered one of the most prestigious locations on the Garden Route. This converted power station has been transformed into an individual luxury hotel with bags of personality as the original fixtures and machinery have been lovingly restored and form an integral part of the hotel's design.
Take advantage of the pool deck which overlooks the canal and is ideal for meals, cocktails and sundowners, or indulge at The Amani Spa which offers a wide variety of Spa treatments. The hotel offers 17 suites, 6 luxury suites, a honeymoon suite, and the self-catering Water Club apartment. All suites have individual decor and art, and state-of-the-art accessories. Some bedrooms have balconies and on the ground level, they have their own delightful garden.

An amazing hotel, having been converted from a former power station. The designers had most skilfully and imaginatively utilised a wide range of artifacts into an intriguing modern colourful design.
It is another very comfortable hotel, with helpful staff.
