Londolozi Varty Camp
In the heart of the Sabi Sand Game Reserve in the Greater Kruger lies the exclusive Londolozi reserve, home to 5 world renowned game lodges offering luxurious accommodation, fine cuisine and exceptional service. It is, however, the true wilderness experience that makes Londolozi so unique. On exceptional game drives guests are treated to regular Big 5 sightings including breeding herds of elephant and buffalo, while white rhino and lion concentrations are amongst the highest recorded on the African continent.
Londolozi's Varty Camp stands on the site where the Varty family first made camp in 1926 making Varty Camp the symbolic heart and soul of Londolozi. There are 8 luxurious, air-conditioned chalets and 2 superior chalets at Varty. Each has a private swimming pool framed by timber decks that overlook the riverine bush.
The main living area is raised off the ground and shaded under a cathedral of trees. It is here that you can find the original Sparta Hunting Camp, the camp's boutique, the cardio vascular room, massage treatment room and library. With a pleasingly down-to-earth quality and an emphasis on family heritage, children of all ages always have a place at Varty Camp.
