Mala Mala Main Camp
Unfenced and open to the wilds of the bushveld, Mala Mala Main Camp is a comfortable base from which to enjoy a classic safari experience. Set on the banks of the Sand River, the camp is surrounded by lush greenery and blends well with the landscape, so much so wildlife has been known to pass close to the property.
The main camp area affords guests a charming dining room and bar, both of which are air conditioned. Meals are delicious and in the spirit of safari; complemented by fine wines from the property's cellar. The lounge area is large and comfortable and, along with the library, is the perfect place to unwind when not enjoying activities. From the library guests can also stay in touch with the outside world via internet connectivity and a satellite TV. The camp also offers an infinity pool to relax in, a safari boutique, a small gym, massages on request, WiFi and a viewing deck to fully appreciate the stunning vistas of the reserve and watch animals come down to the river to drink.
Main Camp offers a number of accommodation options, ranging from 1 single to 10 luxury rooms and 8 luxury suites. All accommodation features tea and coffee making facilities, a mini-bar, a safe, temperature control and his and hers bathrooms.
