The rooms found at Grand Dedale are imbued with distinctive Cape Dutch style and modern amenities. There is also a quaint cottage on the grounds dating back to 1707. The hotel's resident chef manages to rustle up some delectable dishes, made from locally sourced, fresh ingredients, and to relax after a day wine tasting, there's a swimming pool, a library and a spa room.
