Wild Coast Tented Lodge comprises of 28 luxurious cocoon-like suites scattered in a beachfront jungle wilderness like giant seed pods. The unique design blends seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. Situated where the Yala National Park meets the Indian Ocean, spend your days on game drives and other wildness activities in the park, where expert guides will seek out leopards, elephants, sloth bears, crocodiles and much more.

The camp’s soaring, curved, organic structures are an eye-widening architectural triumph.  Each has a wooden patio, some with plunge pools, positioned to soak up views of the closest watering hole. Styled with vintage-explorer charm, expect copper accents, rich-red leather camp-style furniture, and four-poster, king-sized beds. Sisal and Persian-style rugs add texture and color. Dining takes place in the bamboo-clad, open-air restaurant and bar which are positioned beside a freeform turquoise infinity pool. Enjoy delicious, authentic Sri Lankan cuisine here or feast on picnics set up on the golden sand dunes or immersed in the foliage of the garden. Aside from the wildlife viewing activities in Yala National Park, there are also guided visits to several ancient Buddhist sites in the area.
