&BEYOND Grumeti Serengeti River Lodge is a luxury lodge located in the remote western reaches of Tanzania's Serengeti National Park. The lodge sits on the banks of a tributary of the Grumeti River and its proximity to water draws a profusion of wildlife throughout the day and night.
The lodge features 10 nostalgically elegant, and very spacious, guest suites with an enormous bed, bath, an indoor shower with a spectacular view, and sparkling private plunge pool. There is an interactive kitchen which creates a space for you to work alongside chefs and plan your menus for the day and a convivial circular bar; a masterpiece of woven fabrics and dramatic glass ball light installations. Enjoy sundowners on one of the spacious decks overlooking the river or take a dip in the rim-flow swimming pool which provides a view of the seasonal hippo pools below.

Honeymoon to Grumeti Serengeti Tented Camp
This lodge was stunning in a totally different way. It didn't have the same cozy feeling as Bateleur, but the refined grandeur of the place was really breathtaking. And what a treat to be right on the river!
The room and renovated lodge were absolutely stunning. We really enjoyed the food and we were able to eat outdoors with a live BBQ dinner. The staff coordination was not at the same level as Bateleur Camp and there were not enough binoculars for the guests. Here we experienced the best animal sight…
This was truly special. A brand new facility immersed in the Serengeti with an amazing view and experience. We couldn’t get enough of this place. Our guide Joseph was absolutely the best!!
