Lahia Tented Lodge is strategically located at the top of a hill overlooking the Central Serengeti with views towards Western Serengeti. It is conveniently located within reach of mythical locations such as the famous kopjes masais, the museum at the Olduvai gorge, Seronera valley and the Grumeti river.
There are 25 ensuite standard double tents all built on wooden platforms with a balcony offering views of the Serengeti. The bathrooms have a flush toilet, hand basin and shower with hot water. Lights are powered by solar with a backup generator. One of the most striking features of the lodge is the view. The main house offers a unique 360 º panoramic view of the landscape where if they are lucky, guests can observe the Great Migration spectacle from the comfort of their tents. The main area is built on a raised deck and is decorated in a modern African style. Here you will find the lounge, a dining room and a swimming pool where guests can relax after a day on safari. Most evenings guests dine outdoors under the stars following a sunset drink around the campfire.
