Sanctuary Sussi and Chuma
The Sussi & Chuma Lodge is named after two faithful companions of the Victorian explorer Dr David Livingstone. Situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the Zambezi River on a lush, fast-flowing bend, the lodge is comprised of 12 luxury tree houses.
The air-conditioned tree houses are built into the canopy of majestic ebony trees lining the river bank. All have their own private viewing deck boasting superb views over the white waters of the Zambezi. Facilities include an en-suite bathroom, minibar, mosquito nets, overhead fans, and a hairdryer. For guests of the tree houses the main lodge building features a raised bar, lounge area and deck, open-air dining area, curio shop, and swimming pool. Revitalizing spa treatments are also available.

The location and feel of the place was great and the people were really great that worked there. The food was just ok and one of our rooms had quite a bit of bugs.
