Stanley Safari Lodge
Only three kilometres from the roaring spectacle of Victoria Falls, Stanley Safari Lodge sits atop a hill with stunning views over the bush. Watch the smoke of the falls rise from the comfort of your traditionally informed guest room and relax surrounded by unspoilt wilderness and excellent service. The lodge's gardens are carefully manicured while interiors are authentically African edged by modern luxury and comfort.
The small exclusive lodge is comprised of only ten chalets, all of which boast distinctive safari style and emanate the charm of yesteryear. Open fronted and with great views, the chalets are built from local stone and are elegantly constructed. For a more luxurious option while staying at the lodge the four suites are an excellent choice. Equipped with their own private deck and plunge pool, the suites are spacious and inviting. The Stanley suite is particularly ideal for families with two bedrooms on offer. All chalets feature a shower and a bath.
A range of activities are available nearby, with plenty of adventure for everyone. Visiting Victoria Falls is undoubtedly the highlight of any trip to the area. Experience white water rafting on the Zambezi River, visit Livingstone Island or take an incredible helicopter flight over the falls. There's also the chance to walk with lions, embark on elephant back rides and explore the local culture to the full.
