This one is hard to rate. 3 seems too low but 4 is too high. The hotel and location are stunning. When we walked on the property we were blown away. It is a resort like property like you'd find in the Caribbean where you shouldn't leave on your own, but again based on previous comments don't think that's their fault. The thing that really got to us was the…

Final stop a luxurious experience, a little more impersonal that the lodges, but due to size of the organisation. Restaurant meals were particularly good, and another discovery of a hairdryer in the room!!!

Great place to arrive and decompress. Waking up to hippos honking on the Mighty Zambezi, and zebra grazing on the grass outside was a pretty amazing way to start the day.

It was a real treat to check in there, and indulge in the luxury after being on the mobile safari. The location was fantastic on the banks of the mighty Zambezi, so close to the Falls. Really enjoyed our time here. This hotel offered everything we wanted. The location close to the falls was spectacular. I did feel a bit like everyone wanted a tip but when I realized 10% was added to every bill I felt better. However they still have an overwhelming amount of staff there that is hoping/expecting additional tips every where you turn.

Simply stunning hotel and grounds. My only complaint was missing seeing any zebra there! I do think that the travel info should include something about traveling into Zimbabwe to see the Falls. There isn't much to see from the Zambia side, especially as low as the water is right now.

A nice respite after safari. After the dust of safari this was a great place to spend a few days before heading home. A low thatched colonial style building- even serve tea on Royal Albert! Rooms have the usual fit out- flat screen, tea/coffee, Molton Brown in bathroom. Good set up of linked rooms to create a family suite. All rooms have direct view of the mighty Zambezi river. Large…
